    Just take it one day at a time and celebrate the little things! One thing that has really helped me is just making a commitment to exercise as often as I can. I try to do a little something everyday except for Sunday:) When I first started I was on the "Success Stories" board almost everyday!! Gave me strength to keep working hard. You can do it!! If a complete food addict like myself can, anyone can!!
