    Sadly... none of them. Most breakfast cereals' sugar and/or sodium content is through the roof, and cereal just doesn't fill me up long enough to justify the calories in it, PLUS the milk you eat with it. So I just don't eat it anymore. :cry:

    Fruit loops are the bomb, not sure how anyone can eat capt crunch without the berries, and for lucky charms, does anyone really eat the cereal? I just pick though and eat all the charms! Love cocoa pebbles too and when trying to be somewhat healthy I go straight for plain old Cheerios....but crunch berries have the top spot in my heart!

    I am not biased towards any cereal. However, I don't even bother buying it anymore because limiting myself to the 3/4 to 1 cup servings just makes me sad.

    weetabix. choco mini weetabix is my favourite and but I like all of them, and oatibix.

    never even eaten most of the ones in your list because they're american and not heard of most of them

    apart from oatmeal, which I don't like. In the UK it's called porridge.

    9. life or chex? No Life. The only time I threw up for no reason twice at two different time periods in my life was eating that stuff. Chex 100%! Yum.
