Ok..I've reached the ideal weight. I started to getting tired of counting calories. I've been measuring and watching the calories for a year now. Maintaining the weight seems like another mountain to climb. I am feeling overwhelmed.

You climbed the first mountain which was losing weight. Now you just need to walk on flat ground. Otherwise, your climb will have been for nothing. Think about how much you struggled and what it means to you to be at your goal weight - don't you want to stay there? Being healthy is a lifelong commitment. You can do it! Be proud of yourself, your body and everything you have accomplished over the last year.0

Try logging food and exercise at maintenance amount for 3-4 months, once you get the hang of how much you should be eating, you should be able to carry on without logging.0
