cal intake/macros to decrease fat&gain muscle????

Is it possible to gain muscle while eating at a deficit? Im 22. 5'5 135lbs. Just want to lose fat, build muscle. What should my macros be like?? I eat 1600 cals daily. My diary is open, take a look...

Eat at at 10-20% over TDEE, and your protein is about half of what it should be if you want muscle.0
