Reverse effects?

I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I've seen a lot of posting about people b eing too hungry during the day when it comes to a lower calorie intake (around 1200 or so). Well, I've been eating around 1400 calories and the weirdest thing has happened -- I don't feel hungry at all.
In fact, I've gone through several days where I reach about 4pm or 5pm and realize I haven't eaten all day. I just don't feel hungry and don't think about food. Then I feel like I have to eat a lot in a short amount of time to make sure my body is getting enough, but that just makes me feel sick and lethargic.
Thoughts?

Just listen to your body.if you're not hungry, you're not hungry lol.but you should be feeding your body enough calorie and eating every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism up. Don't eat all at once to make up for calories because it causes weight gain. Good luck!0
