So i started my journey at 325lbs in august. In November i after getting down to 295 with diet alone i decided i was going to try Power 90. Day one of my journey these were my measurements as compare to day 30 which i just hit

Height (inches) 68 ...............68
Weight (pounds) 295.00 .............283.00
Waist (inches) 54 3/4 .................48 1/2
Hips (inches) 52..........................47
Neck (inches) 19..........................18
Body Fat 42.71 .......... ....36.34
Chest (inches) 51 1/2 ...............49
Right Thigh (inches) 29 .................28
Left Thigh (inches) 29 .................28
Right Bicep (inches) 16 1/2...........17 1/2
Left Bicep (inches) 16 1/2...........17 1/2
Today is my 30 day mark and as of right now these are my measurements. Keep in mind i havent followed their diet ive just been staying around 2000 calories eaten and about 1700-1500 net calories. Hopefully we will see some moe improvements by day 60
