    thanks everyone! as i've said, i couldn't have done it without the inspiration and knowledge provided by everyone on this site. i lost 20 pounds on my own, then found this site and it has done wonders for me. this is the most i've lost and kept off the longest. i look forward to my almost daily workouts and just love being a healthier version of me. i have a long history of up and down with my weight, but feel this is it this time. and i truly feel that if i can do it, so can you!
