ANYONE-HELP! SONGS FOR WORKOUTS THAT AMP YOU UP

I was hoping I could get a good list of songs to download for my workouts. Mine are all overused and don't pump me up like they used to. I am open to any and all kinds of genres...

Thank you,

Jenna

When Outkast - B.O.B., Smashing Pumpkins - Geek U.S.A. or Eminem - Lose Yourself comes up on my mix, I always seem to push a litter harder or run a little faster.

Bump, was thinking of doing a proper workout playlist
  • The best Ive found so far is the music I listened to is the music I listened to when life was a little stress free, for me a teenager in the 80's. Really works for me, give it a try.

The last song on the new Soundgarden album, "Rowing", is kind of slow (117 bpm), but the lyrics have rallied me a couple times when I was feeling my energy flagging. At about two and a half minutes the guitar comes in strongly and I go double-time so it becomes a challenge to keep up.
