It is loose leaf and comes in a tin can.0 -
Once I ate a whole x-tra large pizza with extra cheese, and a liter of coke, then I drank some tea and felt great!0

Any warm liquid helps to reduce hunger cravings. I can occasionally forget to eat breakfast after drinking a couple of cups of tea or coffee. Green tea with mint is one of my favorites, behind Gunpowder and also Jasmine green tea. If you really want to get serious about green tea, give matcha a try. It's powdered tea leaves, I like mine made into a smoothie with almond milk, stevia, plain greek yogurt, and ice
The one I bought (http://www.republicoftea.com/moroccan-mint-green-full-leaf/p/V00611/) is "gunpowder green" tea. I had to laugh at the name "gunpowder" first ... why did they name it that?
I did see the Matcha and wondered about it, but could not afford another can, so left it for next time.

Hah! When I responded initially, about the gunpowder green tea, I wasn't aware of what Moroccan Mint tea was, and found this on Wikipedia: "Gunpowder tea is exported to the Maghreb where it is used in the preparation of traditional North African mint tea. The Moroccan tea ritual is at the heart of any social gathering, from an informal visit to a neighbour to lavish soirees with dignitaries. A minimum of two cups need to be drunk so as not to offend the host. Moroccan mint tea is made by adding mint and sugar or honey to gunpowder tea after brewing."0
