So as stated above I need advice on stretching. Any good videos or stretches you know of for limbering up and post workout? Also to increase flexibility...

For warm up stretches I usually do glute bridges, fire hydrants, donkey kicks, reverse lunges, and then hit up the foam roller. I don't ever really bother stretching post work out.0
