40lbs down! (PICS)

This is me over 2 years and 40lbs heavier ago (210) and me now (170!) All it took was watching my calorie intake (thanks MFP!) and incorporating some sort of daily cardio/weight exercise for at least a half hour. If I can do it, anyone can!
