So I just started using my fitness pal about a week ago. I realized that I had a journey to embark on, losing weight and to quit smoking. I am a 43 yr old mother/grandmother. I am a little short (5'2"), sassy lady with a long way to go, but I am up for the challenge. So lets be friends and kick this weight thing in the pants...
