Hi everyone. I'm a 5. 6", 25 year old female who is trying to reach her goal weight of 60KG. I currently fluctuate between 66-67 kg. I need some tips as I am not sure where I am going wrong. I never eat processed foods, I am a gluten free vegetarian and have been for 7 years. I also work out anywhere between 2-3 times a week. My major downfall is alcohol but I do try and keep this to a minimum. At the moment I consume anywhere between 1200-1500 calories a day depending on my exercise.
All tips, experiences and general knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you need a 'system reset'.
Eat your BMR calories for a whole week usually between 1500 and 2000 depending on your activity level, chillout and don't do any crazy workouts and then kick start the system with your current 1200-1500 and 3 times per week workout (add another 5 minutes here or there in your workout)
It worked for me. Hope it works for you too. x0 -
yeah I'd try mixing it up, eat a bit more for a few days, throw in some extra cardio, or maybe start weight training. And lots of water!0

Thanks guys, its just so hard when its the last few KG. Doesn't fall off like the rest. I dont think I have been drinking enough water and I will defo do some weight training and see what happens.
