I know this is a dumb question but here it goes...
What can I do to prevent sagging skin?
I've noticed that my stomach, boobs and arms are starting to sag and its good to see that in the mirror at times but I'm getting worried that the sagging wont go away.

Hi there!
In my experience, regular exercise (and particularly strength training) helped keep saggy skin at bay. Also plenty of water.
I still have a bit of a bellypooch, but I'll take that for the loss!0 -
Lift heavy weights plus eat enough protein, aim at least 1g per pound of your body weight.0

really comes down to strength training with weights (( don't be afraid of free weights, make them your best friend!! )) and drink all of your water each and every day. that's the best way to do it!
good luck!0 -
Add on question - How exactly does strength training or lifting firm sagging skin? I see this advice all the time but can't wrap my mind around how it helps. I can see it firming up the underlying muscles but not the skin.
Or is the idea that by strength training you will grow your muscles and it will fill out your sagging skin? I don't really want to trade being large from being fat to large from being muscular. Yes it's probably healthier but it's still large.
Am I missing something?0
