Can someone please reccomend a cheap but good Heart Rate Monitor and where you can get it from? Thanks in advance!

    Polar F4 is a good one...however not that cheap. If you want a good accurate HRM you may have to fork out a little more money.

    I got a Polar FT4 from Amazon for about 60 bucks.

    I bought and iron man (timex) triathalon at Sears, when it was on sale for about $70.00 canadian. It has a chest strap...can program in age, heart rate thresholds or zones, will calculate calories, average heart rate, heart rate recovery. I've had it for 4 months and seems to do the job

    if you have an iphone.. A Scosche Rythm it syncs directly to your phone and MFP and you where it on your arm
