Ok, heres a topic that I can never get a straight answer to. Of the 8 glasses you should have each day, what is the weight of these glasses? I've been told 4,6,8,10,12 ounces for each glass. Anyone have the answer?

8 ounces!!!!!!!!!
or i guess you should do 16 ---- 4 ounces........... sorry had to be a smart a##?????:blushing:0 -
8 glasses of water (8 liquid oz each) = 64 liquid oz = 1 gallon of water per day. 1 Gallon [US] of water = 8.345 264 109 3 Pounds.
So each glass of water per day weighs just over a pound.0 -
I'm pretty sure 64 oz is a half gallon... :huh:0

8 oz glasses. One should be aiming to drink half their weight in ounces, though. Divide that by 8, and you've got the amount of 8 oz glasses you should aim for each day. I try to get 100-150 oz daily. If your pee ain't clear, you're not drinking enough, m'dear!0
