Hey Guys/Girls

I am sort of new as I did start using the App a few months ago, but got lazy - Now im back on it lol.

I am basically trying to get back to how I used to be before I got injured and lazy (Fit and toned).

My biggest threat to myself is Lazyness/Lack of Motivation

The picture I have as my main is when I was at my Peak'ish, and I am going to start doing some before and after pictures as a motivational tool, you know...to get me more focussed :).

The community seems very friendly, and so I am hoping to get a load of tips and advice from you all as I progress through this long journey :)
