I started drinking the Vi-Shake a week ago and already feel it working. I've lost another pound and along with putting the neuro mix in my water before my workout I have so much more energy. This stuff is great!!!

    it's a protein/meal repalcement shake I've been drinking for breakfast . The neuro is an energy mix that i mix with water and drink
    before my workout. So far it's great.
