Trouble Getting Started

Hey there -
This is my second go-around with the MFP site.
The first time I did pretty good for a few weeks and started to lose a few lbs just by changing my diet.
Got off track around Easter time with chocolate bunnies.
Hopefully this time around will really stick. I MUST lose at least 10 lbs before a beach trip in July.
I've got some gym equipment set up in the basement, it's just a matter now of getting going!
With 2 kids, it seems like the mornings will be best for working out.
One helpful thing is that my husband seems to be more involved this time around, stocking our fridge with some healthier food items like cottage cheese and yogurts and veggies.
I hope to write back with good news of weight loss soon!

Thanks so much for the encouragement.
Right after the posting I went and did a half hour on the bike and a few crunches.
Feeling a little better now.
I'll keep on with the MFP site for inspirational people like you.

Welcome back. :flowerforyou: I too went on this site a year ago, stopped........gained another 10 pounds......... and came back on here SERIOUSLY this April. My hubby is using it too (he got me started on here). What kills me is that if I had done this with my motivated husband a year ago, I would be maintaining!
