Does anyone else find that drinking green tea keeps you full? I swear, days that I drink a lot of it, I barely get hungry! My new favorite is Coconut Chai Green Tea. I make it with two splenda and thats it, no milk needed!

I find drinking any tea curbs my appetite. Don't think the green tea does it anymore than any other teas. The spicy chai seems to be better than sweet teas.

i am a tea fanatic - especially green tea. love it. i do find that i have to double up when drinking it though, must be the caffeine that curbs your appetite and all the liquid that keeps you "full". i drink it after every meal

i drink my tea plain, no sweetener or milk :)

I have always loved Green Tea! And yes, it is a great appetite suppressant for me! I love adding a lemon slice as well.

I should've mentioned that I normally drink 10-12 glasses of water while at work and am often still hungry. 3-4 cups of green tea and I'm set! I just find this so crazy. I never thought anything would keep me feeling "fuller" than water!

I drink tea because I know it makes me less hungry or I know it keeps me from eating out of habit or when I am bored
