Just joined. After a lifetime of struggling with my weight , I got to my goal weight in time for my wedding last year... and then gained a solid 20 lbs in a great first year of marriage. Before this 20 creeps up to a lot more, I'm excited to refocus my life around eating healthy, exercising, and learning how to MAINTAIN when I get to my goal weight again.
I'm looking for accountability, motivation, and support. I'll try to do the same for any friends.

The best way to maintain is instead of looking at your eating plan as a "diet" think of it as a lifestyle change. A diet is something you start and end. A lifestyle is for a lifetime. Welcome to the journey!:flowerforyou:0
