Clearing out the bedroom I found lurking under the bed one some paper I scribbled measurements on when recording.

So I did a quick bit of maths on the numbers now and then to work out the loss.

Neck, bicep, forearm, chest, waist (belly really) hips, thigh and calf

Started Mid Jan 2012 --> Dec 2012 (Still a bit to go 25lb or so)

Total inches lost 25.5"

Just a thought, how far could we go on lost inches?

Andy lost 25.5"
Total lost 25.5"

Your turn?

Wish I could join in, but as I didn't think it would work, I didn't bother taking measurements - Very miffed about it too.
I do know I have lost 9 inches on my waist as that is the length of the flappy bit on my belt that only just went round me in May!

Great job! I, like HelenDootson, never thought it would actually work so I didn't take any measurements except my hips. I have lost 10 inches on my hips

    Helen lost 9 inches
    Amanda lost 10 inches
    Total 44.5 inces
