Tuesday water Challenge

:yawn: Water challenge for today -I NEED TO GET IN MY WATER....
Do you need to also? Just post what your goal is and then come back later and update us on what you did.
Oh, Coffee doesn't count. Neither does Pop, or drink sticks, or diet drink water.
Just plain ole H2O.:drinker:
My goal 64oz. Currently at about 32. I tend to ween off in the afternoon.
Guzzling water helps in so many ways.....
1) Thirst can masquerade as hunger, which is one reason dieters should stay hydrated.
2) Water fuels your body’s fat burners. For 90 minutes after drinking 16 ounces of chilled water, adults saw their metabolisms rise by 24 percent over their average rates. The increase is partially attributed to the energy your body generates to warm the water during digestion.
3) Thirst can masquerade as the feeling of tiredness/sleepy.
There are many more reasons, that 's just 3!

I drink water from one of those reusable glasses with a screw on lid and straw. I don't feel like I'm drinking much when I use the straw and before I know it, the glass is empty so I refill it right away.0

im such a bad water-drinker! You're on Sister. I am doing my 6-8oz (that is a lot for me, so its a good start). Happy tuesday0

Just saw this posting.. I could really use the challenge to increase my water intake.. I did 32 oz today.. but will try to strive for the 64 tomorrow.0
