Gluten Free Benefix Shakes - Aldi Brand

Hi,

I have just discovered the benefix shakes at Aldi which are gluten free...
I can't find any information on line about these.

I have never been on a "shake diet" before so I am a little unsure of how to go about it.

Could anyone give me some meal plan ideas?
Would you consume 2 shakes per day?
are there any foods that should not be consumed?

I have taken a real general approach and consuming 2 shakes per day and
drinking 1.5 litres of water, dinner has been meat and vegetables and snacks are cold meats, vegies and some cheese sticks.

Excercise consists of 3 pt sessions per week and 1 boot camp session.
I am quite active in my daily job and work 10 hours on my feet caring for clients.

My first goal is to reach 99kg

As i have celiac disease I am limited in what I can eat.

Thanks in advance for any information you may have.

  • Most shake diets require you to stick to low carb, high protein foods. Low carb is generally foods containing less than 10gm of carbs and 10gm fat per 100gms. They do work but are better used as just a kick start otherwise it is very likely you will put weight back on once you stop
