So i have lost nearly 30 lbs in the 2 months but lifting now twice as heavy. Recently i haven't been able to lose much weight 3lbs i lost last week and weighed in Friday again at 265. Im eating 1850 calories per day but i think i will Lower to 1700 this week to maybe get my system to jump start again ? then go back up to 1800? I workout 5 times a week lift 4 times a week. Also i take multivitamins In case i have some nutritional deficiency while dieting, but over all i eat pretty healthy.

Your not going to maintain a 15lb a month weight loss.. as you continue to lose weight your probably going to have to lower your deficit to a more sustainable number.. 3lbs a week is still pretty good where most of us are lucky at 1.. of course more you have to lose the longer you can have that large deficit.. but don't expect that weight loss to continue long term.0

Yeah when i did the calculation not too long ago it gave me 3500 to maintain.
So still eating about the same 1850 take a 100 or so some days, So will weigh my self tomorrow hopefully i have lost some weight, ran a couple miles and well hit the heavy bag at least 3 times a week. Running a mile at about 8 min 20 secs at a 7 mph pace. Could it be that im putting on muscle ?
Im trying to lose the weight and gain muscle, Constructive criticism welcomed.
