Hi! I just joined MFP and I'm excited to get started with it! I was always been really active growing up and after I graduated college things started going downhill in the health and weight department. I am finally ready to get started again and I think MFP is just the place to get motivated to do it! Good luck to all of you who are trying to get healthy too!

I just hit the half way mark! And feel great! Honestly, you will find this is the best community! Never cheat on your food diary, even if you go over! The first few days you will wonder where all the sodium comes from! Remember, you can bank the calories burned through exercise for the first few weeks, but then you need to eat them so your body does think its being starved!
Also, have a friend, colleague, family member join you! its better when you have support, and competition!
