So, I have tried the GNC Wheybolic extreme 60 (I think thats what it is called) and was just looking at some other protein powders and came across Isopure. I went and bought it and will try it tomorrow.
I just wanted to know what your opinions are and what you all have been using!!
Thanks!

I am by no means an expert on this topic ... however I really enjoy ToneItUp Perfect Fit protein. Tastes good, low-cal, low-carb & you can use it for more than just shakes.0

SRO zero carbs. Awesome!0

I use Gold Standard whey. It's 120 calories for 24 grams of protein and the taste is good.0

Go with Optimum Nutrition. They have a natural whey protein with no artificial crap in it (my preference)0

Lol this is exactly what I was thinking when I saw the title
To answer the question I personally like Kaizen whey protein, has everything I need and has lots of protein0 -
whatever you decide, stay out of GNC
they are over priced. buy from Amazon or bodybuilding.com
avoid soy (IMO)
read the ingredients....know what they are and how much of each
fage greek yogurt, tuna, chicken, beef are my preferred protein sources but I will add in whey and casein powders
adding chocolate protein powder to plain fage yogurt then in the freezer for 20 minutes is a great protein packed treat0 -
i like spirutein. i have the chai latte and chocolate peanut butter flavors. it's a vegetarian protein powder (not that i'm a veg) and i like the taste better than some whey brands i've tried.0

Where do you find it?0

I've tried a number of different kinds - they're all similar and as was said - gender neutral - I just looked for the highest protien qty w/ lowest carb qty for the best price.0

None.

Militant vegan, nothing to see here0 -
I have tried all types, and lately I prefer Dymatize Whey ISO whey, mainly due to the taste and ease of mixing, and also because I am on a low sodium diet and this has only 50mg of sodium per scoop. Its 106 cals, 24 grms, O carbs, I use them to supplement my diet and boost my calories, and in particular drink them at times after my workouts.0

Negative ghost rider. When I look at a piece of meat, I believe my view differs from that of a females, and other team males.0 -

Truth. If he doesn't eat it, it's because he thinks it's poisonous.0 -
Whey is whey...if it says it's made for a man or woman, it's a sales pitch. The best of the best, IMO, is Dymatize - chocolate mint is AWESOME!0

I can agree with pink, but I don't like "not too tight"0 -
Isopure makes a powder that they sell in 1 lb cans. Because the 2.5lb and 5lb tubs tend to make women bulky0
-
I have used Optimum Nutrition for a few years now. Love it!
I also agree with others who say that protein is gender neutral.0
