    I'd be curious to see your diary on the sodium- I can never seem to get it under 2500 and when I think I did I usually find it was just because someone put something in the database without it. Good job anyway.

    those don't get tracked with most foods. Kind of like potassium.

    Yesterday:

    PBJ on whole wheat.

    4 oz. can of no salt added tuna

    2.5 cups of shelled edamame

    12 oz. roasted chicken breast

    0.2 cups Feta

    6 oz. top sirlion (trimmed to 0" fat)

    3 cups of 2% milk

    1 package Quaker Weight Control oat meal (has added whey).

    a few grams here and there from veggies and fruit.
