Not new but reintroducing myself

I am sooooo not new but I have found lately that despite having lots of "friends" on here that I don't talk to many and the lack of support means I am on here less. I am in no way blaming anyone else for me not logging in multiple times a day, just simply saying that I know myself and if I talked to people regularly I would log in more often.
Anyone else feel this way and would like to offer some mutual support? Send me a friend request! It's time to get er done!

Love giving support in a positive manner and not bashing anyone like some people do who have no idea what they are talking about. Would enjoy being on your FL.0

I'm also not new. I'm looking to lose a few pounds as I have before with MFP before. My short term goal is to lose 25 lbs of which I lost 5 before I got back on MFP. My long term goal is to lose 60 lbs. I'm exercising and trying to get this done.0

I love the insanity!! I have started the P90X before and stopped. Because I didnt feel like I was able to perform all the worksout correctly because I didnt have all the equipment. With Insanity all you need is yourself. Over the past 10 days I can see a difference not in my body yet but in my stamina.0
