    ...but i came across an old pic of me on the computer and even i can see the difference in myself, which is a first...this was at about 75 lbs lost.

      There is a major difference! Your face is way smaller and you can see it now! :) And you are so much slimmer now! What a great job you've done! Also, I recommend like 418,947 other people, taking measurements or going by how clothes feel....if you have an old pair of pants, check out how they fit, or don't ...lol :) You're doing amazing and it's very visible to all of us! :) All the best!

      thanks for all the positive words...i just got back from a 17.5 mile run so i can eat a couple boxes of candy at the hobbit tonight and not feel guilty about wrecking my progress lol.

      it took 4 hr, but its in was the hills around sf...

      and the hobbit was EPIC
