stayed true to my news resolution in 2012

In Jan 2012 i told myself this was going to be MY year. The year I finally did something about my health, my fitness level, and set the example for my family. I can finally say I stayed true to my promise to myself. In 2013 i'm not going to say this is my year....I am going to say this is YOUR YEAR!! Start now and lets rock 2013! feel free to add me!!
