YES. Too much water can flush out vital nutrients from your system. It would be really hard to get to that point, but it is entirely possible

Yes, too much water can wash away electrolytes! People have died from it.

Drink the recommended amount of 8 - 8oz glasses a day, or check with your doctor because body weight can determine how much you should drink.

Also, you need to keep in mind that with a lot of exercise you will need to replenish. So, I would follow the 8-8 rule of thumb or talk to a health provider.

Yes, but it's nothing to worry about, as long as you aren't intentionally doing something stupid.

Yes but for most people it's not really something to be concerned about. A good rule of thumb is to drink 1 fluid ounce per 1/2 pound of body weight. So if you weigh 160 pounds, drink 80 ounces or 10 cups of water per day. It's safe to drink a little more than that if you're also regularly active as you need to replace the fluids you lose through breathing hard and sweat.

Urine color is a good indicator. If it's clear, you're probably overhydrated. If it's light/pale yellow, you're pretty much right on target.

Often people doing marathons flood their bodies with too much water while competing.
