    Wow that took 2 yrs? oh man...I don't have that kind of patience! Fabulous accomplishment. Goes to show that hard work does eventually pay off with lots and LOTS of patience.

    Did you ever plateau during that period of weight loss? If so, how did you handle that obstacle?

    Did I ever plateau? (snort)... too many times. That is why it took so long. Changing up what I ate or switching to more clean foods or changing my exercise routine a little bit helped me get off the edge. What would usually happen is I would be stuck for a long time... I would change my routine (go on vacation with friends, etc) and drop five pounds all at once! It was so weird!
