I'm joining the Army!

:smooched: Hello! I'm very new at this! My sister told me about it yesterday and I thought it was a great idea to get the app. I'm a 17 year old girl who recently just started signing some papers for the Army. But before I can get further I have to reach my own goal of 150 pounds ( I currently weigh 166). I needs some "pals" to give me food ideas and exercising tips to help me with keeping up my heart rate and boosting my metabolism. One of the Army instructors told me I could lose 15 pounds in 2-3 weeks. He told me this on Wednesday 12-12-12. I want to be able to do this within that time! The advice and recipes would be greatly appreciated! :D
