*waves* Hello MFP!
I keep hearing awesome things about this site so I thought I'd check it out and see if all the hype is worth it
After a few years of just "going with the flow" (the flow being endless amounts of food lol) I decided it was time to get back into my pre-baby days shape. I'm starting out with a goal of 50 pounds to lose and after that's met I'll see how I feel and go from there.
Hoping to get some friends to join me on this journey. Could use all the encouragement and butt kicking I can get!

I used to do a lot of cardio--jogging, aerobics, kickboxing etc. I'm going to start back slowly and do some home workout dvds I have and then try and get back into jogging.0 -
