Down 30 lbs since July 2012. Hard work really does pay off! 
Thanks to everyone who has supported me. I hope I have been equally supportive. I know the pics arent showing, but I'm running low on time since I'm on lunch break so the links will have to do.

Thank you so much!! I still have some fat, but I only started losing the stomach fat after I started sleeping more (more than 6 hours a night) and started watching my carbs (under 50g/day) 0
