Ick. Sorry. I think the stuff is vile. I'd rather slice up a red or green tomato. I just can't stand the flavor. I never have liked it.

Get a juicer and make your own! The store bought stuff has too much sodium, and even without that factor, anything in a can wont have anywhere near the amount of nutrition that a freshly made juice has.

    ehhh

pretty much worthless sodium bomb but there are worse things to choke down in a pinch

I wouldnt buy it with the idea that it is beneficial but if it's there, (like in the community fridge at work) I would drink it if I was in the mood

very over rated as something "healthy"

Large glass - 1/2 low sodium V8 and 1/2 beer - Best hangover cure ever! :drinker:

I love V8. Sodium isn't bad in the low sodium version. I keep cans in my desk at work because it's just enough to take the edge off if I get hungry before lunch. Lots of good stuff for only 70 calories is hard to beat in a drink. I drink one 3-4 days a week.

Love it - but like any juice, it's no substitute for real vegetables.

i like it, but don't buy it.

I like it, but can't stand the less sodium stuff as far as drinking it. I have to add some salt, lol.

At first I didn't like the low sodium stuff either. I'd load
it up with black pepper, Hungarian paprika, and cayenne.
Even then I had to drink it fast. I've always like the hot and
spicy versions. Took about 3 months, but now the low
sodium tastes normal. It's pretty much breakfast every morning.

Love it! But only the regular version, even though the sodium content is high.
