NSV- guilt eating win!

Hi there!

I just recently had a lunch consisting of an apple and quite a lot of peanut butter. Six months ago, I would have felt guilty and thought I had blown my whole calories for the day (and in a spiral down way would have binged). However, I ate as much as I felt comfortable eating, and reminded myself that this is fuel for my workout. Although it's just a small frame-of-mind change, I feel that it is one that I can keep adding to in order to really make this a lifestyle change.

Let me know if you folks have had any of the same revelations! It's great knowing that this is a holistic change- mind and body.

P.S. Peanut butter is like food from the heavens.

Love this! I just ate 1/4th a cup of PB (at least) with a banana, saltines and straight out of the jar lol, very high calorie and I did go a little over for the day but I'll still end up under for the week! It feels good to be able to eat things without all the guilt! And seriously PB is God's gift to Earth. Specifically Jif Super chunk PB or White Chocolate Wonderful PB. PB is just amazing in general. And plus it keeps you full for a really long time with all the protein and fat!

This is the best attitude to have. You can be banning yourself from eating certain foods cos then you'll just be miserable and not really being able to maintain a lifestyle where you have so many foods you can't eat.

And really what is life without peanut butter?
