So just over 5 months and I am just past the half way point 2 1/2 stone down
I started tracking my food properly the same time as I got my fitbit in July, and It has been steady going since then.
The photo above is of me on holiday in Canada I had a 3 week holiday and was pleased that I managed to lose 0.8 lb in my time away - while having a great time in a foreign country eating different foods and drinking a lot more than I would normally.

This week is my first week back and I hope that my weight loss will pick up where I left off when I weigh in, in the morning.

I didn't take a photo at the start but have found this one

This was taken when I was another stone heavier then when I started properly with MFP and fitbit.
I had yoyo dieted for years but a diet is something temporary.
By logging what i eat and by having the fitbit record my exercise and educating myself about food I have made a permanent change to my relationship with my body, food and exercise.

Any way thought I would share
