:flowerforyou: Hello Friends, I was wondering if anyone has tried the "slim in 6" exercise program I saw on TV today. The workouts look great. Should I spend my money on this program?
thanks
Debbie

I have this program. It does work. I just get bored with it (but that's me). Also, I wasn't able to do the last video cause it twists my knee wrong (old track injury). If you can stick with it and don't mind repetition it will work wonders, especially on your lower half.

I pull out the videos when I have something I want to really tone up for.

I bought the set about a year and a half ago. It does work really well, but the music is horrid LOL, and it can get boring because there is not much variety! Plus it did a number on my already stressed knees (you do ton's of squats and lunges). Just be careful and don't over do it and you should be fine (I have a habit of overdoing it... probably why my knees bothered me). Have fun!

This site sells some other work out products (I'm not associated)....Slim'n 6 being one of them, but it has other options too: beachbody.com

Yeah...beachbody.com has a lot of options. I'm a really big fan of the turbo jam, it's upbeat, and is great cardio. My suggestion though, is to find one you want, and try for it on ebay or something first. They cost like 70 bucks from the website and I got all the workouts on ebay for like 30. They were all sealed in their package as well...good luck!

I also have Turbo Jam, bought it same place. I really enjoy that cause there is more variety. I also have Hip Hop Abs....which is rather entertaining to do....granted I wouldn't bust those moves anywhere but the privacy of my own home.

The key is finding something you are into and can stick with. I have tons of videos since I bore quickly.

:flowerforyou: thanks for the replys. I did buy it off ebay. I have bad knees too, so maybe during the lunges I can just do something else. I go to Curves at Least 4 days a week, but it seems to be too easy for me now.
    Anyway, Wish me luck!
    thanks again,

I do the ab one all the time it is great but agree the rest are a bit boring. I am a dvd workout junkie so I have several I rotate.
