Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I use to be able to lose weight whenever I wanted, but now it will not come off! Can someone look at my diary and give me suggestions? please

You're not eating enough. Your net calories are regularly under 1000 (I looked at the last 2 weeks) and there was one day where you only logged 200 cals. Check out the following link, and follow the method there to figure out how many calories you should be eating. Try to stay within a +/- 100 cals of your goal. Lower is not better- it leads to plateaus and less than favorable body composition. Plus, eating is awesome. Hope that helps.

If you do weights, it might be adding muscle and making it harder for you to lose weight, because you can't lose muscle with exercise the right food and lots of exercise.
  • @MoreBean.....thx for your input! I will take a look at the link! :-)
  • @LoveLiveLife.....I use to lift weights, not so much now because of a torn rotator cuff and bum knee. I've needed to have my shoulder surgically repaired for over 5 years but keep putting it off. I have been sticking to running! Thanks for the input anyway!

    Ummm....No.

She's not going to be adding muscle, not that quick and definitely not at that kind of calorie deficit. Muscle also burns more calories than fat, so in reality, more muscles means it's easier to lose weight.
  • MoreBean13 has a point. Your body needs to eat or else it will hold on to the fat you currently have. Think of it as a car, if you don't fuel it up, how far do you expect it to run? Leaving the tank at empty or near empty is not good.
Are you feeling weak in anyway?
Another reason is that your body could have adapted. If that's the case, shock the system and then go back to your regular pace. That way your system can stay alert and not plateau. Another way is to just make a few minor changes, just to keep it guessing.
  • Thx Gigibg01! What you are saying does make sense!
