Another black bean brownie recipe - 85 cal
I used this recipe as a basis:
http://eatgood4life.blogspot.com/2012/05/dark-chocolate-and-black-bean-brownies.html
I kept all the sugar, since my past experiments with Truvia in black bean brownies weren't successful. I replaced 2 of the 3 Tbsp. of olive oil with sugar free applesauce. I also omitted chocolate chips.
The result turned out awesome and just 85 cal per serving (with 16 brownies yield).

I know right? I don't feel guilty eating these at all!
Next batch I will try half and half with sugar and Splenda, and will replace all the oil with applesauce.0 -
