Newbie

I am 41, and looking to lose weight and get in shape. I have 3 kids and don't have the time or money for either the gym or classes.. Have read lots of great reviews of 30 Day Shred DVD so have asked DH to buy for Xmas :-)

Looking for mutal support and motivation :-)

    Feel free to add me,I am 39 yrs. old. I joined a gym but my husband loves to do all the DVD and workout at home. I did the ripped in 30 by Jillian long time ago and I lost some weight.

    Hi,

    I am currently doing 30 day shred. Its tough and I ached for the first couple of days, but it gets easier each day. There are 3 levels and you do each for 10 days so it doesn't get boring. They use dumbells for some of it. When I first started I didn't have any so I used tins of food, although you could also use bottles filled with water if you don't have weights. I am seeing the results in the mirror and also with the tape measure.

    I am happy to accept friend request if you want support for both programme and generally losing our weight and obtaining our healthy living regime that will hopefully continue for the rest of our lives.
