Exercise help please

Hi every time I work out I have this insane pain in my legs I think it's shin splints but I don't know. Last time it hurt so bad I could barely walk. I'm not sure what to do I love running so much. It starts at my shins then my knees and then the back of my leg. Please help!!

    I'd talk to a doctor, first. There is no way anyone here can diagnosis something like this from a post. If it is shin splits, the only advice I can give is get better shoes and rest. There are stretches that can be used to help, but rest is really the only thing you can do.
