I have posted before when I hit 150...I am almost out of the 140's now. But I have gone from an XL shirt to a Medium, size 14 pants to a loose size 9. Figured I would post a few pics and hope to maybe inspire others. I know that going through these success stories help me everyday. I loooove reading everyones stories!
I was 172lbs in the pics..I was about 2 weeks in and 10lbs down from my starting weight. My hips were 41" my waist was 37 and under my boobs was 39.
I am now 143. Hips are 35" my waist is 29" and under my boobs is 30in.
Also my height is 5'5.
Pics
I get asked a lot how I lost the weight. I did it using MFP to help track everything I ate along with exercising. I've learned that this isn't a "diet" but instead a lifestyle change. I enjoy eating healthy now, I will be honest and say I don't ALWAYS enjoy exercising, however, after I get off my butt and do it, I feel so much better and NEVER regret a work out! I regret not doing them though!
So this is my story till this point. working on the last bit of weight and working on toning and tightening. Not ready just yet to "maintain" but getting there. Going to start training in January to do my first 5k Zombie run next year super excited!
anyways hope this helps someone have a great rest of you weekend and happy holidays

I am reaffirmed that I need to continue to workout. More muscle, less fat. I am exercising, just need to continue to push myself.0 -
