Help me pick a dinner!

Going for a meal tonight with my parents for my birthday. Normally I would use this as an excuse to just have whatever I want but I have a night out with my friends the next night and I will be consuming a lot of vodka so I cant afford to have a blow out two days in a row. This is the menu:
Poached Salmon Salad
Fresh poached salmon, drizzled with sweet chilli sauce
Vegetable Fajita
A warm tortilla stuffed with marinated onions, peppers, mushrooms & sweet corn topped with swiss cheese, salsa & sour cream on the side
Pan Fried Plaice
With hollandaise sauce, served with potato & veg of the day
Deep Fried Fresh Cod
Fresh Cod in breadcrumbs, served with fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce
Beef Lasagne
Topped with rocket leaves & sundried tomato
Is there any point in trying to be healthy? At the moment Im thinking the salmon or plaice would be the best option, what do you guys think?

Salmon. Looks healthiest and yummiest, to me.0

Another vote for the salmon: no added fats or white/ refined carbs mentioned, omega-3s and delicious to boot!0

The salmon, and you won't die without the vodka.0

The salmon is probably the healthiest.0

Veggie tortilla is you don't use all the sour cream looks good but the salmon is probably your best bet! Stay away from hollondaise sauce0

I think the salmon would be the least caloric and healthy for you. Everything else seems to be either fried, or notoriously heavy in calories.
Have fun at your dinner!0 -
My vote would be either the fajita (or mayyyybe the lasagna). But then again, the only seafood that I can stand is tilapia or tuna0

Deep fried cod all the way! Happy Birthday
Sagittarius FTW!!! Today is my bday also haha0 -
I would go with the salmon. I adore fish though. Fish has oil that is great for your nails, eyes, moods and more.0

I think the salmon is a great choice, but if it is your birthday and you hold back on your true desire, you may rebound eat tomorrow or another day. One meal is not the rest of your life. What do you love the taste of but would overeat vastly if it were at home in the frig?0

hint - I would find a whole pan of lasagna in my refrigerator irresistible!0
