I weight train 2 days a week for a full body working can I still get good results I am 5'7 146.8 lbs 36 year old male. and how many calories I should eat a day?

Are trying to maintain, gain, or lose weight.

Well to gain more muscle you may need to start working out more than twice a week.

Sure, you can gain some muscle. Looking at your diary, you are probably eating enough.
The full body 3 days a week with a focus on compound lifts would be the way to go. Any cardio you do should be moderate and on non lifting days.
You are in no danger of looking like a guy from a bodybuilding magazine. That would take about 5 years of intense lifting, eating like a horse, and pharmacological aid.0 -

from experience 2 days a week is a start, but not enough to generate a myofribular or sarcoplasmic hypertrophy response. And it is impossible to look like the bodybuilders you see on the magazines without the use of steroids.0
