I need eating/nutrition advice

Options
So here is the dilemma: I don't really need to lose weight, just need to get a bit leaner. I was a former athlete so I was eating 3000-4000 calories a day. Now I am still extremely active, but since I am getting older I need to find a way to eat healthier. I am just really awful at it and a lot needs to change. Anyone know where I should start?

Getting older and your 18......nice problem to have. Anyway, healthier, meaning? Try more natural foods and less eating out. Cook more at home if you do cook and if not, start.

Get a good cookbook that emphasizes healthy eating. And read this:

you can eat foods rich in fiber, it helps you maintain weight. and also, still do some exercise regularly to for your muscular and cardiovascular endurance and also helps your circulatory system function well. always put in mind that you avoid bad vices and stick to nutritious foods listed for good health.
