Fitbit one or zip?

I am getting one of the above for my Christmas and wondering which one people would recommend or even what the main difference is between them?

    One, I love mine. I love it so much I got one for a friend I met on here. She loves it.

    I'd go with the one! Seeing your sleeping patterns is great cause it'll motivate you to get into bed a bit earlier ;)

    And a fitbit in general is AMAZING! You won't regret it!
