how to add exercise to mfp

Hi,
I was just wondering if someone would be able to let me know how to add exercise to my page each day so i can keep track of it.
Also do the calories burned off each day come off the calorie intake each day?

You add excercise using the excerise tab at the top of the page next to the food tab, and yes it does add extra calories to your daily allowance0 -

Cardio works. When you add strength workouts it is only for your own record keeping. It does not add any coloric benifit to your log.0 -

Thanks for the help. I had tried adding the things i had done at the gym but it does not seem to have what i do at the gym like basic treadmill for 40 or the cross trainer. it has other stuff like treadmill but not sure if it is the one i do also when it says jogging on the spot not sure if i can put that down as the crosstrainer? any ideas?0
